Where is my order?
You can check your order status here. Please allow up to 3 business days before your order is ready to be shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.

I just placed an order. What if I need to change the address/size/phone number of my order?
Please call/Whatsapp us on 88001-10022  during our working hours (Mon-Sat 10am-6pm)

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as payments through Paytm / UPI. We also offer the option of Cash on Delivery throughout India.

Can I return or exchange something? How do I do that?
Yes, we provide, returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To request return/exchange click here

What if my items are damaged or defective?
We work hard to bring you great quality, but we know we’re not perfect. If you ever receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know here within 3 days of receipt of your order. 

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 7 business days after your return order has been picked-up by our warehouse for your refund to be processed.

Where are KazarMax Footwear made?
Every one of our shoes is individually hand made in Gurugram, Haryana. Our factory specializes in lightweight shoes and has been family owned for generations. We have great relationships with our teams on the ground, and make several trips a year to maintain those relationships and ensure proper handling of our unique product.

Are your shoes orthopedic shoes?
No! Our shoes are biomechanically sound for the normal foot. Most of our footwear comes with memory foam insoles that are known to relieve foot fatigue. However, if you have been recommended an orthopedic shoe, you should seek a specialist’s advice.

Why did I notice slight differences in construction from one shoe to the other?
While the utmost care is taken in crafting our shoes to look uniform, each individual shoe is made by hand, which can lead to slight variations in stitching, seams, etc. This adds to the uniqueness of each pair of shoes, which we embrace wholeheartedly and hope you will too! That being said, any flaws you may notice on the surface on the faux itself are a result of natural blemishes in the fabric and not manufacturing defects.

The style I would like to order does not come in the color I want, do you fulfill custom orders?
At the moment we are unable to accommodate custom orders.

How do I know what size to order?
We know it can be hard to determine your size when online shopping. The best way to get an accurate fit is to go by measurements, not just age or random size numbers that vary from brand to brand. Click here for a complete guide on our unique sizing.

Is there variation in fit between the different styles?
We use the same sizing guide for all types of footwear. However, as with any other brand, slight variations are present due to the nature of footwear i.e. open or closed shoes. With the exception of extremely chubby feet, if your feet fit any one KazarMax footwear style, they should fit them all just as well!

Care FAQ:

Are KazarMax shoes washable?
Yes! Gentle handwash or surface wipe with a damp cloth.

Are KazarMax shoes waterproof?
Our shoes are not recommended for heavy rain or snow. They may be worn indoors/outdoors as the rubberized EVA soles are anti-skid in nature.
